"Sinyaya Ptitsa" Sports and Health Facility

Our company engages in design and construction of sports and health facilities for development of sports and physical culture in Russia. Sinyaya Ptitsa Ice Arena is a quick-mounting facility. The major building houses a standard hockey rink measuring 61 by 30 meters. In the course of construction the standard project was supplemented by original additional building housing cooling units.

Another major difference from standard projects is the ice rink basement. The pipes cooling system is mounted into the concrete basement and not filled as at other rinks. It enables to hold sports and culture events at the hard basement after defrosting.

Sportsmen can use four changing rooms equipped with showers and lavatories. The project also provides for drying apartments, coach rooms and sick-room. In the course of construction the project was enhanced with a recreation centre containing a changing room, shower and sauna. To facilitate sports competitions there was a radio cabin constructed and electronic display installed. There is a parking for buses and cars near the Ice Arena.
