“Aquareli”

“Aquareli” residential community is a new perspective project under construction in the central part of the city of Balashikha. Complex approach to the engineering development of neighborhood the "Center" is a distinctive feature of the complex. This is the very district of the city to become a specific a “growing point” and a place of dynamical development of the city in the near future. So, it is understood that, the community under construction here should correspond to this location, i.e. to be modern, original in execution and comfortable for habitation. Technological Infrastructure of Housing Services and Utilities
All technical solutions in the “Aquareli” arrangement are executed in full conformity with the standards of engineering equipment of modern residential buildings. Engineering systems include: water, hot and electric supply, ventilation system, fire alarm system; there is also a phone, TV and Internet cable supplied there. At the disposal of the future inhabitants there is an underground parking for 2880 parking lots. The separate surface parking can accommodate 1120 cars, and the guest parking — 1058. In order to provide safety and convenience, there is sufficient for all types of cars height of the ceilings and width of the entrances, crossing points and parking places. Safety
Special attention is paid to provision of safety of the “Aquareli” community. A special system was developed in order to ensure safety. It includes completely enclosed area along the community perimeter, professional round-the-clock security and video observation system.
