“New Stupino” Eco-Town

The satellite town combines comfortable accessible dwelling, industrial park of ecologically safe manufacture, social and commercial infrastructure.

New Ступино is a real city which will provide inhabitants with kindergartens, schools, shopping and entertainment centers, polyclinics, hospitals, bus terminal and railway station with the regular service with capital. The development plan is a symbiosis of territories with multi-room and private houses. Multi-room, three-storeyed houses will consist of one-two-and three-room apartments. The private sector territory will be presented by townhouses, duplexes and cottages with the house territory.

The New Stupino idea is a creation of high-grade, modern town with high quality of life and comfortable conditions of recreation, work and habitation for all the citizens there. The town will be an indicative project of the Program of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

Along М4 “Don” (Novokashirsky highway) reach the turn to Kolomna (Moscow Big Ring), then turn right at the traffic light (crossroads with Starokashirsky highway) and after 1.5 km turn to the left, guideboard Shugarovo, passing settlements of Shugarovo, Novoselki, Ivan-Teremets and Verzilovo to New Ступино. The distance is about 76 km;
Along М4 "Don" (Novokashirsky highway) reach the turn to Stupino, then follow guide signs “New Stupino” through the settlements of Savino, Zhilevo, Rolychevo and Verzilovo. The distance is about 88 km. The nearest settlements of New Stupino eco-town are the city of Stupino (15 km), settlement of Zhilyovo (7 km)

Technological Infrastructure of Housing Services and Utilities
For today, New Stupino eco-town has electricity, water supply, water drain at the site of the first building phase. The building of the first kindergarten is being erected. The first apartment houses and the first two streets with cottages, townhouses and duplexes are ready. For the first time in Russia the builder used technology of underground laying of lines of power, heat and water supply systems that will make it possible to keep ecological situation in the town of 55 thousand people.
At the end of 2012 there will be constructed and commenced social infrastructure facilities: high school, polyclinic, first aid station, drugstore, athletic field in the open air and branches of banks.
In process of development of every stage there will be built and improved: recreation zones (parks, squares, footpaths and cycleways, decorative ponds, shady avenues), shopping centers, sports centers, automobile and railway stations with through service with Moscow, as well as industrial enterprises in the industrial park of “Shmatovo”, which will provide workplaces for the future townsmen.
